Most beautiful of them all?

Actor Gwyneth Paltrow was recently crowned 2013’s Most Beautiful Woman in the World, by a magazine. Mother of two, the A-list Hollywood actor was officially honored for her beauty by the magazine in their annual list. The actor is married to Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, and has two children, Apple, 8, and Moses, 7. Recently, she has started focusing on healthy diet and lifestyle and has even authored two cook books.

However, since beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder, we asked Femina readers who according to them is the most beautiful woman. Here’s what they had to say.
Steffi Graf
For me, Steffi Graf is the most beautiful woman alive. She’s sexy in a sporty way and has an athletic body. She can look sporty and athletic, or graceful and elegant, when she chooses to. Her smile is the best thing about her—it lights up her face.

Kate Winslet
Since the time I watched Titanic, I have been a fan of Kate Winslet. She is undoubtedly the most beautiful woman in the world. Unlike these anorexic models and stick-tin Hollywood actors, she looks healthy and her skin is radiant. And she can act too.
Anuja Menon, 21, student

Rachel Weisz
The star of The Mummy, Rachel Weisz gets my vote for the world’s most beautiful woman. And her beauty is only surpassed by her acting skills. She has acted in some amazing films. Besides, every woman wants to be her—she’s married to Daniel Craig, after all!
Dimple Shah, 32, homemaker

Monica Bellucci
If I could describe Monica Bellucci in just one word, that word would be breath-taking. She is definitely beautiful, and has aged gracefully. She is curvy and vivacious. She is glamorous and at 48, she oozes sex appeal.
Manasi Shah, 27, pharmacist

Aishwarya Rai
She exudes natural beauty. In 1994, by winning the Miss World crown she gave hope to so many young Indian girls—I was in school then, and I clearly remember she made me aspire to be a beauty queen. She photographs so well, and has the prettiest eyes I have ever seen. And now, I have newfound respect for her because she didn’t let the critics who went on about her post-pregnancy weight gain, get to her. She has taken a year and half to get back to her old self, and she looks gorgeous now.

Five Tips To Fight Less And Love More

1.   Pick the Right Battles.   Your spouse comes home from work drenched from the rain because he forgot an umbrella. You told him to take one that morning after you heard the weather report.   Before you start criticizing him while he’s soaked, ask yourself this wise question, “Does this affect me?”   In this example, it doesn’t.   He arrived home drenched, not you.   So don’t pick that battle.   In the future, when your spouse makes a mistake and it doesn’t affect you, rather than using a “fight line” like “I told you to take an umbrella, you should have listened to me!” use a compassionate love line like, “You’re all wet.   Do you want a towel?” And, if you find it hard to say those words, just say nothing. 2.   Give a Character Compliment. In researching my book we did an on-line survey and found some interesting results that can help us understand how to have a better marriage.   There is a specific type of compliment...

Priyanka Chopra's starry tantrums!

Priyanka Chopra, who is playing the role of Olympic champ Mary Kom in her next, is training hard to fit in the character. According to recent reports, the actress wants to install a punching bag near her home, but not inside it as she does not want to spoil the interiors of her house.  Priyanka Chopra and her family owns few flats in Raj Classic located at Versove. She wants to install a punching bag at the premises of the society, but it seems that her neighbours are not too happy with the decision. Talking about it, a source told a leading daily, "She owns quite a few flats in the building. It appears that she does not want to tamper with the ceiling in any of her homes in the building." The source further added, "As she is busy with her commitments, her father Ashok Chopra has been coordinating with the society folks to install it on the ground floor of the premises." Well PeeCee, instead of your training, we would like you to focus more on your acting!
